Chantilly, VA – 15 January 2102: Hari Polu, President, OKOS Solutions, LLC, today announced he has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Acquisition Logic (ADACQ Systems), a privately held company headquartered in Virginia, USA. Acquisition Logic is a global leader in data acquisition products tailored for communications and non-destructive testing applications.


Hari Polu co-founded Acquisition Logic (ADACQ Systems) in December 2000 to meet a growing demand for custom high performance digitizers and successfully managed it until 2006 before founding OKOS

Merging Acquisition Logic intellectual property and products allows commercial and government customers to benefit from cost effective high performance Acoustic Microscopy and Non-Destructive solutions. We look forward to working closely with Acquisition Logic customers to ensure a smooth transition.

 Acquisition Logic designs, manufactures, sells and services high speed Data Acquisition products with native sampling up to 1.5 GHz. Applications use advanced features like real-time on board processing, simultaneous read & write, and repetition rates of up to 100 KHz to gain superior performance.

Acquistion Logic products are used in Geolocation, LIDAR, Astronomy, Ultrasonic NDT, RADAR, Software Radio and a variety of other applications. The Data Acquisition products are used in both R&D settings and commercial systems.
